Network of Advisors

RTE also benefits from a high-level expertise of a Network of Advisors. They serve in an individual capacity and provide specialist advice or feedback on specific areas of RTE’s work. In some instances, they also represent RTE at events.

Staff

Bailey Grey –Coordinator

Bailey has been the Coordinator of RTE since September 2011. Prior to this position she served as Coordinator for the University of Nottingham Human Rights Law Centre where she coordinated a wide variety of human rights research and capacity building projects across the globe. Bailey also led an innovative capacity building initiative for Amnesty International Ireland on Human Rights Based Approaches which was aimed at Irish civil society and focused on economic and social rights. She holds an MA in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Essex.

Delphine Dorsi – Communication Officer

Delphine has been the Communication Officer of RTE since September 2012. Prior to this position she worked at UNESCO for the Right to Education Programme where she carried out research, produced publications and monitored the implementation of the right to education, in close collaboration with UN treaty bodies and the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Education. She also worked with a number of NGOs in Europe and Africa, including Save the Children, Amnesty International and Defence for Children International. She holds a Master Degree in Human Rights from the University of Strasbourg.
